Hosted in a relaxed & supportive environment, this workshop is fun and uplifting, not heavy or overly personal, and is aimed at supporting people of all backgrounds who want to feel more connected, motivated, focused, and positive about the future.
This workshop received very positive feedback having been delivered in 'The Midleton Hub' last year and over the past months in My Place Community Centre and is part of a project I created - 'The Great East Cork Project' which aims to join the dots with mental health and mindset growth. This is something that I am extremely passionate and care a lot about.
